  • A birth-attending package including—

    • Two 75-minute prenatal massage sessions to relax, release, work with breath, turn inward and cultivate body awareness (all handy labor skills!) prior to labor

    • Two 90-minute doula sessions to prepare for birth (partners are welcome to join!)

    • Unlimited text and email support upon hire

    • Prenatal scan/appointment attendance (if desired)

    • 24-hour on-call availability starting two weeks before due date

    • Continuous labor support + up to 3 hours of immediate post-birth support

    • One 90-minute in-home postpartum visit within one week of birth (if desired)
